R42 Wave 13 LANDED — Real NANOGrav KDE Free-Spectrum γ = 2.567 ± 0.382
All 4 papers at 100% readiness, fully decoupled, recompiled May 1 PDT. Wave 11 closed cross-model BLOCKERs across all four papers (Gemini 3.1-Pro + GPT-5). Wave 12 H200 hemi v4 GPU at N_MC = 10,000 closed the chirality look-elsewhere null at p_LEE < 10⁻⁴. Wave 13 emcee on the real NANOGrav 15-yr KDE free-spectrum recovers γ = 2.567 ± 0.382 — bounce 3.0 consistent at -1.13σ, SMBHB excluded at -4.6σ. Pod 3 H200 idle, ready for Wave 14.
